As soon as your driver greets you, you will be taken to your van and then off to your hotel. Let us know if you want any stops on the way to the hotel to program it and make sure the van has enough time.

• If you would like a beverage, please tell the tour supplier so they can accomodate your needs.
• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• The listed price does not include a $5 USD parking fee per terminal if we need to enter to more than 1 termnal to pick up passengers, payable at the time of your pick up.
Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.
What to expect
After you clear customs and migration you will exit the airport, please make sure to use te "Tour Operator" door in terminals 2 and 4 as it is where your driver will be waiting for yoou
Driver will be waiting for you, will be properly uniformed and have a sign with your name on it.
As soon as your driver greets you, you will be taken straight to your van and then off to your hotel.
Driver will take you non stop to your hotel in a comfortable, safe and recent model van. Driving time depends on the traffic and hotel or destination; he will always drive in a courteous fashion and respecting speed limits.
Upon arriving to your hotel, driver will get you to the lobby and service will be finished.
