We loved it. A bit of scraping noise from upstairs in the night...but that was guests' fault.
It was a beautiful place, very clean, quiet, with very helpful staff! I had an issue with my reservation and they kindly assisted me. Plus they gave me tons of recommendations for restaurants and places to go! I had an awesome experience in this hotel!

As a solo female traveler I felt very safe here. The staff was so kind, helpful and quick to respond if you needed anything. The rooms are super nice and pristine clean! They have a really great restaurant with different menus and the food is great. The hotel is within walking distance to many supermarkets and restaurants. They even helped me with my Spanish, love these guys!! I will definitely return!
We loved everything about Xscape. Super helpfull and friendly staff. Big sized room (apartment) with our own pool. Everything feelt very modern and we really liked the design. We had our own microwave, fridge/freezer, coffemaker and there was a safe to lock our valuables. Shampoo, soap, towels.. In other words everything we needed for a comfortable stay!
Very nice and quit
The room was super clean and everything was fresh. Great water pressure and just steps from the pool. The grounds were immaculate with beautiful tropical plants and setting. The front desk clerk, Jesus, was super helpful and was a native Spanish speaker and also spoke perfect English. Just looking for a roof over my head and was pleasantly surprised by the surroundings. I will be staying there on any subsequent stays.

Very peaceful, green and charming boutique hotel. Great pool, breakfast available (wide selection at additional decent cost). Close to Main Street in central Tulum with many restaurants. Highly recommend!
The hotel was very nice and well located- it felt like a little oasis. Absolutely loved our room decor and the quiet pool. Staff were very helpful and recommended some great restaurants for us. Location might seem a bit sketchy in the evening, but we havent felt unsafe even late in the evening.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Great value for the price! Lovely swimming pool and very well taken care of garden. I want to point my wonderful experience with the team that works there, especially Luis and Flor that works at the restaurant in the morning. Very friendly and professional staff!
The staffs were sooooo supportive and friendly. The room was very big and nice. A/C was perfect. The vibes, the pool, the trees - everything was perfect. I also liked the breakfast.
The room was a nice style, generally clean and had a nice balcony in the sun. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location of the properly was good. A short walk to the main areas of Tulum town. If you want to go to the beach from here you probably need to get a taxi. We did this one day, and it was fine, it’s not the cheapest but probably the most convenient way to get there.

Well placed and easy to find! A little oasis in tulum! Large, clean room with AC. Restaurant excellent for dinner and breakfast.
Overcharged my credit card by converting US dollars to Pesos at an unfavorable rate. Charged my card again, a second time, on arrival (very strange). Still waiting for deposit to be returned. Pool nice but noisy road. No garden view ---looks over construction site next door.
The property is beautifully maintained, lush and green with tropical plants, with a big pool, and lovely outdoor restaurant/ bar. Truly a peaceful oasis. The rooms are large, clean with comfortable.beds and include a refrigerator. . Staff friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.
